What leaves your device: nothing
Not a privacy feature bolted to the side. The shape of the thing.
SkyeWriter
No account, no profile, no identifier, no crash report, no usage statistic. The licence is a signed file checked on your machine; there is no licence server to contact. In ordinary use SkyeWriter makes no network connection at all. The trial is counted in a text file in your own settings folder.
The apps
Records stay on the device that made them and leave only when you print, export or share them yourself. The Android editions declare no internet permission, so the operating system enforces this whether we behave or not (measured on the four manifests, 2026-09-07).
This website
No cookies. No analytics. No fonts or scripts loaded from anyone who logs the request. The pages are static files; the only thing the server sees is the request for them.
Buying
Payment runs through Payhip, whose privacy terms apply to the transaction. We receive the licensee’s name and email address to issue the key, and keep them for that purpose.
Institutions
Documents never leave the device and the software processes no personal data, so there is nothing to register or transfer under the GDPR. A continuity statement for institutions is in preparation.
