Privacy statement

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party; the server logs only the requests for the pages. The software collects nothing. A purchase is processed by Payhip under its own privacy terms; we receive the licensee’s name and email address to issue and, if need be, replace the licence key, and keep them for that purpose only.

Accessibility statement

These pages use semantic HTML, a skip link, visible focus, text that reflows to any width, and colour contrast chosen for the dark and the paper grounds. SkyeWriter’s own accessible output, tagged PDF/UA-1, passes veraPDF. Tell us what does not work for you and it will be fixed.

Terms of sale

Payment is processed by Payhip. The licence is perpetual and personal to the licensee, for three computers and the licensee’s own phones and tablets; institutional seats are per person. A fourteen-day refund applies to purchases made through the checkout on this site, without reason given. Seats bought under a written agreement are invoiced and final. A replacement key costs 25 % of the price, waived on proven cause. Support is by email with a written reply within two business days; nothing faster is offered. The software is provided with the measured results published on this site and no other warranty of fitness.

Skye Hawke Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of them. We name these products because SkyeWriter is measured against them and because you need to know what it reads and writes. Every comparison we publish is a stated measurement against a named version on a named date, and we will supply the method on request.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days of purchase. Because the download begins immediately, you are asked to consent to delivery starting at once, and giving that consent ends the statutory right. Our own fourteen-day refund applies regardless of that consent. To claim either, write to the address above.
